Denver, PA (May 7th, 2014) – With the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series making their 2014 Central Pennsylvania debut next Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, May 14, 16th & 17th, “Pennsylvania Posse” racers, such as Alan Krimes, will prepare for the invasion by participating in the “Outlaw Tune-Up” programs this Friday and Saturday, May 9th & 10th at Williams Grove Speedway and Lincoln Speedway. Each “Outlaw Tune-Up” program will feature a World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series format including qualifying time trials; allowing “Posse” teams an extra opportunity to prepare for “The Greatest Show on Dirt.” The World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series will launch their first Central Pennsylvania swing of 2014 with a visit to the Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania on Wednesday evening, May 14th; all before taking over the Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania on Friday and Saturday, May 16th & 17th. Alan Krimes will initiate his “tune-up” weekend with a visit to the Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania on Friday evening, May 9th.

The “Outlaw Tune-Up” at Williams Grove Speedway this Friday evening, May 9th will feature a 25-lap/$4,000-to-win main event for the “410” sprint cars. Alan Krimes, who pilots the Midnite Antiques, Conestoga Valley Garage, Wayne Corini, Krimes Racing Engines, VRP Shocks, no. 87 “410” sprinter, currently ranks seventh (7th) in the Williams Grove Speedway sprint car track standings. Krimes finished sixth (6th) in A-main action during his most recent visit to the Mechanicsburg half-mile dirt oval on Friday, May 2nd. The Denver, Pennsylvania native is winless at the famed venue thus far in 2014, but looks to snag the $4,000 pay day this Friday night. Alan Krimes will visit the Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania on Saturday evening, May 10th for another “Outlaw Tune-Up” program. The two-time Lincoln Speedway feature winner already in 2014 currently finds himself on top of the Lincoln Speedway track championship standings; on the strength of two (2) victories, three (3) top-five finishes and four (4) top-ten finishes. Krimes, who finished eighth (8th) in feature competition during his last Lincoln visit on May 3rd, will be a heavy favorite against the “Outlaws” when “The Greatest Show on Dirt” invades Abbottstown next Wednesday.
