Denver, PA (September 25th, 2013) – With the annual “National Open” hosted by Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania just over a week away, Central Pennsylvania “410” sprint car teams, much like the Krimes Racing Engines/Mike’s Powerwash no. 87 driven by Alan Krimes, will get an opportunity to test’n tune their equipment one last time before the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series “National Open” invasion on Friday and Saturday, October 4th & 5th. “Super” Alan Krimes, along with many of Central Pennsylvania’s finest who plan to compete in next week’s “National Open” sanctioned by the WoO STP Sprints, will participate in the “Outlaw Tune Up” this Friday night, September 27th at the Williams Grove Speedway; racing under a format that much resembles that of a World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series program. Alan Krimes is a two-time winner at the Williams Grove Speedway half-mile in 2013, and hopes to earn his third (3rd) of the season during this weekend’s “Outlaw Tune Up” worth $4,000. Krimes will enter the Williams Grove Speedway gates this Friday night seventh (7th) in the current Williams Grove “410” driver standings. The Pigeon Hills oval is hosting it’s annual Hank Gentzler Memorial Manufacturers” Appreciation Race this Saturday night; with Denver, Pennsylvania’s Alan Krimes entering the event as the defending race winner. “Super” Alan Krimes is a three-time winner at the Lincoln Speedway in 2013; which includes a UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions victory at the venue worth $5,000.
