“Super” Alan Krimes, pictured above in action with the UNOH All Stars during the recent weekend, made the seven hour trek west to the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio this past Friday and Saturday, September 13th & 14th; competing with the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions for two full nights of action. Krimes, who pilots the Krimes Racing Engines/Mike’s Powerwash, no. 87 “410” sprint car, finished third (3rd), officially, with the UNOH All Stars on Saturday evening, September 14th at the Fremont Speedway; earning the podium performance during the 50-lap, $10,000-to-win, “Jim Ford Classic” finale. The Fremont Speedway visit was the first of Krimes’ career.
