Denver, PA (August 21st, 2014) – Only two championship point races remain on the 2014 Lincoln Speedway schedule, and Denver, Pennsylvania native Alan Krimes leads the charge; holding down the top spot with a 260 point advantage over Jim Siegel. Alan Krimes, a two-time Lincoln Speedway feature winner in 2014, is just two solid finishes away from securing a career-first “410” track championship.The first of two final point races at the Pigeon Hills oval will be held this Saturday evening, August 23rd. The final “410” point event of the 2014 season will take part next Saturday evening, August 30th; during John Gleim Jr. Excavating Night.

Alan Krimes will continue his season-long two-race weekend trend in central Pennsylvania this Friday and Saturday, August 22nd & 23rd, and will venture to the Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania on Friday night, all before making a stop at the Lincoln Speedway near Abbottstown, Pennsylvania on Saturday night. Both evenings will feature full programs for the “410′ sprint cars.
To go along with his dominant point lead at the Lincoln Speedway, Alan Krimes also finds himself fourth in the current Williams Grove Speedway driver championship; trailing current championship leader Don Kreitz Jr. by 600 points.
