Denver, PA (March 18th, 2015) – Defending Lincoln Speedway “410” track champion Alan Krimes continued to display consistency in the Pigeon Hills by recording a top-ten finish during his first start of the 2015 season. Krimes, who earned two victories, 10 top-five, and 16 top-ten finishes during his 2014 championship campaign, finished sixth during Lincoln Speedway’s “Icebreaker 30” in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania on Sunday, March 15th. A quality field of 30 “410” sprinters packed the Lincoln Speedway pit area for the $4,000-to-win Pennsylvania opener. Krimes earned a main event starting position via redraw after finishing second during his respective heat race. The Denver, Pennsylvania native would start ninth on the “Icebreaker” starting grid; moving ahead three positions to secure sixth at the checkers. Greg Hodnett would earn the “Icebreaker 30” victory.

“The track was pretty tricky” said Alan Krimes, “We were happy to get out of there in one piece you just kinda had to play it smart and stay out of trouble we’ll head back there next week and see what we can do.”

“Super” Alan Krimes and the Krimes Racing Engines, Wayne Corini, VRP Shocks, “87” team will be back in action this Saturday evening, March 21st at the “Fabulous” Lincoln Speedway.
